Partner & Lead Builder
With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Chris is the founder of the business and oversees every project to ensure the highest standards of workmanship are maintained. A bricklayer by trade, he remains actively involved on-site, bringing a wealth of practical knowledge, leadership, and hands-on expertise to every project.
Luke Thomas
Skilled labourer
With over 10 years of industry experience, Luke is an integral part of the team, providing skilled labour and reliable support across every stage of a project. His strong work ethic, attention to detail, and versatility enable him to tackle a wide range of tasks, helping to keep projects running efficiently while maintaining the high standards of quality our clients expect.
Adam Whitcombe
Partner & Lead Builder
With over 20 years of industry experience, Adam oversees client communication and project scheduling, ensuring every project runs efficiently and clients remain informed throughout. Alongside his management role, Adam is actively involved on-site, bringing a broad range of practical skills and expertise to support the successful delivery of every project.
Leigh Tudball
Master Carpenter
Leigh brings over 30 years of carpentry experience, delivering exceptional precision in both structural and finishing work. Highly versatile, he can turn his hand to almost any project, consistently achieving a high standard of craftsmanship and finish.
Ashley Deeming
Carpentry Apprentice
Ashley has completed his Level 2 Carpentry qualification at Bridgend College and is now starting his first-year apprenticeship with C&A Construction. Working under experienced supervision while developing his practical skills, he is building the knowledge and confidence needed to become a valued member of the team.
